What’s your cancellation policy?

We try to be as flexible as we can. We know life happens sometimes. So for now there is no penalty for having to cancel or reschedule.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes we do! Recurring weekly and bi-weekly cleans can save you up to $20 a clean.
We also offer a referral bonus. Simply refer someone, if they sign up for at least a 2 basic cleans, you get a basic clean free! ($180 value).
Easiest of all, leave us a google review and we’ll take $25 off your next clean!
Do you clean everything?

No. For our safety and comfort we may refuse the cleaning of things such as: Animal feces • Mold • Exterior of the home (garage, patio, balcony) • Moving heavy furniture or fragile items • Crawl spaces • Bodily fluids • Pest removal/infestation •
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, we have everything needed to make your home look great! However, if you prefer to supply a specific product for us to use, kindly mention it in the "Details" section of our online booking form.
Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?

That’s up to you. For your initial cleaning, we recommend meeting to get to you and your needs better. But if this isn’t possible we understand. Details can be discussed upon booking.
Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. Both of us have undergone thorough background checks.
Being a small company (just the two of us), e-transfer is the easiest option. Details can be discussed after booking.
